Please call, email or message to schedule an appointment. As I may be busy with another client, please leave a message and I will return your call and/or message as soon as I can. Your appointment time is not confirmed until I have returned your call/message. Please also review our COVID-19 Safety Plan before booking.
To make the most of your treatment, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. It is not necessary to arrive any earlier.
In the event that you are running late, we will endeavor to conduct your full treatment, however, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened if there is another booking immediately afterwards. Ocean Bliss Day Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late clients. The reservation of an appointment indicates that Ocean Bliss Day Spa has reserved the service time for you and therefore has had to decline other customer business for that particular service time at the spa.
We have reserved this time exclusively for your treatment, please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. Space is limited and we may have had to decline other customer appointments for that particular service and/or time at the spa. Therefore, we do require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your visit to avoid a cancellation fee. No-show or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the services booked. Cancellation fees will not apply to those who are sick due to illness or COVID-19.
On occasion, and due to unforeseen illness or scheduling circumstances, Ocean Bliss Day Spa may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked treatment. Please be assured that on such occasions we have exhausted all other options. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience.
Ocean Bliss Day Spa accepts all forms of payment Cash, E-Transfer, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Interac/Debit and Interac/Debit TAP for purchases under $100. Prices do not include applicable taxes or gratuities. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a spa is a very individual experience. Please let me know if there is any way to improve your treatment or comfort. For example: heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, sound or lighting levels, etc. I truly appreciate your feedback.
The spa is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and closed weekends and holidays. To book an appointment, you may please call the spa, book online or send an email.
